This hosting company is a fake. I have bought a hosting plan with them in November and I never received the necessary information to put up my site. All attempts to contact them via email failed. After sometime my emails even started being rejected. I even tried opening a support ticket only discover that their support application was failing. I was never able to open a ticket. I veve done a little research around the Internet and it looks like the people behind this company have even tried frauding people through PayPal. Take a look at this page http://www.totallydelco.com/blog/2005/03/alert-another-paypal-scam.html. If you do a WHOIS lookup on onlyserver.com you will see that this domain is registered by the same people that registered dixiy.com and olive.onlyserver.com is the SMTP from which the only email I ever received from them was sent. onlyserver.com is also providing DNS services for the dixiy.com domain (also visible doing a WHOIS lookup). Stay away from this hosting company! I was attracted by the low prices and this was indeed aa big mistake.
