AIT has a number of problems, possibly due to growing pains. A few comments: 1) They do not keep their 3rd party sofware updated (e.g. MySQL, phpMyAdmin). 2) They go for the 'quick fix' on technical support rather than finding and fixing the root cause. 3) Middle management gives 'lip service' to customer complaints, but, in my experience, fails to meet committments. 4) The ladies in the billing department have always been a pleasure to work with. 5) The CEO, Clarence , seems to be genuinely concerned about his customers. Unfortunately, his philosphy does not trickle down through middle management to customer/tech support.
